I have finished my high school and my main subjects were physics,chemistry and mathematics. Now i want to do my bachelors in electrical engineering. But i am facing finacial problems.I tried to find a part time job but couldn't find.

If you are really keen on doing your Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, you have to find a way to solve your financial problems.
You can approach banks for study loans. Getting a part-time job is not difficult. It is strenous, but not impossible. You cannot expect an employer to give you a job just because you want to study further. When you're looking for a job, make sure you impress the recruiter enough for him to invest his time and money on you.
And as in the previous reply, you should also approach the Admissions Department of any University to find out if they give you Financial Aid.
