This page allows you
to specify your choices like the location and cuisine you are looking for. You
can also search for a Restaurant by its name or landmark. You have to choose at
least one option in this section, failing which the same page will be loaded with an error message
Where in?: Choose a location –
country or state/province that is near to you. If you choose the country from
the list, all of the restaurants in all of the states/province for the selected
country will be displayed.
Type of food:Make your choices for the cuisine. You can make
multiple choices here. We have incorporated most of the sought after cuisine in
the middle east and will be updating it regularly.
Search for: Type in few
characters (if you remember the hotel name, location or the restaurant name) in
this area and specify the area to look under – hotel name and landmark or
restaurant name.
Restaurant listing
The list of Restaurants matching your choice
will be displayed here. All the details for the restaurants are shown in this
page to reduce complexity. Some of the restaurants do not need reservations (as
they are ordinary ones or does not support this facility). Those restaurants
will be marked as “Reservations not required” towards the right side of the
restaurant name. For other restaurants, you could click the link ‘Reserve’ to
book your seats/tables. If your search returns more records, to increase the
speed of loading, we will divide the results into pages. Choose the page number
below the page to view the next list of search results. If you don’t find the
restaurant you are looking for, go to the Browse section to make a different
search.
Reservation
Specify the date, time of
reservation and number of seats clearly for quick reservation. You will be
given a reference Id to view/cancel your reservation. If your entries are found
valid, our person will do an offline booking with the corresponding Restaurant.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will be sending the confirmation message
to your NetPiper mail. We recommend you to look at the reservation status,
to verify the status of your reservations. Your reservations will not be made
if the values supplied by you are found invalid.
Please note that reservations/cancellation made before
6 P.M UAE time will only be considered on the same day and we need at least
one-hour time to do the reservations.
View or Cancel Reservation
Click the icon View/Cancel
reservation in the Dining Out Section and you can view the status of your
reservation using your reference Id given to you during reservation.
For security reasons, we require you to enter your
user name and password along with the reference number, to view/cancel the
reservation status.
Reservation Status
This page will display the details of
reservations made by you, for the specified reference number. The reservation
status – Processing, Booked, Cancelled, Invalid, Requested for cancellation,
etc – will also be provided. This page also allows you to cancel the
reservation.
Processing: Your reservation detail has been entered to our database and the reservation
process will be done within a short period of time.
Cancelled: The reservation was cancelled based on your request.
Requested for cancellation: Your request cancellation has been placed successfully.
Our person will do the cancellation within a short period of time and will be informed you
via netpiper email
Booked: The reservation has been made successfully and a mail has been send to your
account with the details.
Invalid: The information supplied to you is found invalid.
Cancel reservation: Click on this link to cancel the reservation. You will be prompted
for confirmation and once confirmed, the request will be placed. Please note that once cancelled,
you will not be able to retrieve it back.
Done: Click on this link to go back to the main page, once you are done with
the status.
Another Request: Click on this link to check for another reservation status.
